This policy explains what information Fluffy AI Apps (“we”, “us”) receives through this website, fluffyaiapps.com, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, and only to reply to you.

What we receive

• What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company or project name, the services you're interested in and your message.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may keep routine logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social-media pixels, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third parties.

How we use it

We use your details only to read and answer your inquiry, discuss a possible project with you, and keep a record of our conversation. We never sell your information and we will not add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

Depending on how the form is set up, your message is either sent from your own email app or delivered by a form-processing service working on our behalf. In both cases it ends up in our business email. These providers process the information only to deliver it to us.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of that relationship and any period the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email afex@fluffyaiapps.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and sends no data to third parties. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
